Our story began in the middle of Africa, under the starry sky and a huge tree while being on an incredible adventure visiting the Hadza tribe. And we are happy to tell you about it at the bonfire while licking a marshmallow.
Our philosophy is simple
The more we know where we wanna go in life, the likelier we will end up there.
And the more we support others in doing so, the more fun we have along the way.
Our motto isn't. It's multifold.
The 13 Nuggets of LifeCampus
And once that’s done, all that’s left to do is to explore all the other wonders life has to offer.
Asking the right questions is inevitable for growth. Asking them the right way, from the right person, at the right time is invaluable for opening up doors that lead forward.
However, sometimes saying no is the braver choice and the art of living is to make wise decisions when to choose either.
It is by no means easy. Yet, with continuous practice and humility we can always keep improving.
But don’t we feel we can conquer anything with love? Love is power. It gives us strength. It elevates us. It opens up the world and creates possibilities that were previously unknown to us.
And once we are there, come what may, no challenge will prove to be out of our grasp.
However, it is quite a cheeky thing because if we don’t pay attention to it, it can overgrow us. Hence, the art of life is fully embracing it while keeping it gently in check. The more we are capable of doing it, the more we master who we are.
Simple.
Just within.
“Enjoy life. There is plenty of time to be dead.”
Our team is a bunch of nut jobs.
We like to crack it.
Founder of LifeCampus
Balazs Simon
Simon has a fairly basic idea. If education was better, we would live in a better world. Being as stubborn as he is, he has decided to dedicate some of his time and efforts to prove his concept, establishing LifeCampus to see where this will take him and the social experiment it is about.
Ever since stepping into his adult life, Simon has been working in the field of humanitarian assistance and international development with a plethora of institutions, ranging from grassroot NGOs to the UN. Having lived and worked in several corners of the world, witnessing inequality, human suffering, conflicts and environmental degradation firsthand, while also talking to hundreds of young people starting their life off often with a lot of uncertainty and confusion, he concluded that the root cause of all this is the lack of proper education and learning. That is why he decided to embark on the journey to define ‘proper’ and to test those ideas that led him to create LifeCampus.
When he is not thinking about “Life, the Universe and Everything”, he is either watching his favorite football team playing or plotting a vigilante world revolution for a more capable leadership.
Founder of LifeCampus
Yash Vasant
He has worked as a bartender, undercover Loss Prevention Agent with the LAPD and a teacher before moving on to the business world, where he has been recognized with several awards. In 2015, he became the youngest Executive Director of BNI, the world’s largest business networking organization. His strong belief that the promise of a better world can be fulfilled only through leading by example is reflected in his motto; “No guns ever changed the world, it was always a man with a microphone.” He has an ultimate passion for helping people tap into their full potential, for which he has been recognised by folks of all ages and walks of life. This strong sense of purpose has driven him to create the unique experience LifeCampus entails.
While he is changing the world one project at the time, building progressive companies, networks and schools, he is also modern age philosopher and you will certainly experience that. Be warned though, ask him to play only for the spirit of the game at your own peril!
Creative Connection Wizard
Kasia Oberc
After her life was turned upside down by becoming homeless at the age of 18 and not being able to complete her education process – Kasia did not, even for a second, think about giving up. As a matter of fact, her situation inspired her to help other people and see that as an opportunity to become someone she always wanted to be – an uncertified comedian seeing her life as a joke and yet making it all fun for herself while learning the biggest lessons of her life.
Kasia started writing music and she released her first single in 2019, amazed by the reactions she followed up with a full album in 2022 being released on all music streaming platforms. On top of that, she started her own photography company at the age of 20. She’s the ambassador of Youth in The Hague cooperating with the Dutch government and many other organisations that focus on personal development.
When she starts speaking to you in six different languages at the same time, don’t worry she hasn’t gone nuts. Kasia not only communicates in English, Polish and Dutch, but also in the languages of a chef, vinyl-record lover and collector of extraordinary experiences.

If Micha is not jumping around, doing a handstand, or meditating at a beautiful sunset, you can find Micha working for LifeCampus or other projects to become the reality of his vision.
